In this case usually the problem is DEP, please follow the next steps.

Step 1 : Click Start, then Control Panel.
    Step 2 : Select System.
Step 3 : Click the Advanced tab.
Step 4 : In the Performance area, select Settings.
Step 5 : Click the Data Execution Prevention tab in the dialog box that opens.
Step 6 : Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
    Step 7 : Click Add.
Step 8 : The "open" dialog box will open. Browse to the SRO_Client.exe .
Step 9 : Highlight and click Open.
    Step 10 : Click Apply.
    Step 11 : Click Ok.
    Step 12 : Reboot your PC !

If it isn't working after adding DEP exception, please try to perform a clean startup.
